We’re Glad You Are Here

When you walk through the doors at missio Dei: Falcon, our hope is that you feel loved. Our mission statement is, “Creating the space for all people to experience the love of Jesus, through the love of His people.” Our ultimate desire is that you would leave our service, not simply saying that it was nice, but ultimately that you experienced the love of Jesus today.

What to Expect

Each week our teams arrive early to setup and prepare a space for the community to gather. We know that visiting a church for the first time can be intimidating and awkward. Here are a few things you can expect when you join us at our Sunday gathering.

Sundays

10am meeting at Woodmen Hills Elementary School in Falcon, Colorado

When you arrive

We start our services at 10AM. If you arrive early, there are always people in the lobby to join in some intriguing small talk. Our coffee team arrives early to make sure there is a refreshing cup of coffee, tea, or water for your enjoyment.

Children’s Ministry

missio: Kids is our Children’s Ministry at missio Dei: Faclon. Our vision is to partner with parents to make disciples for the glory of God. We provide gospel-centered curriculum (The Gospel Project for Kids) and care on Sunday mornings for children ages one-year to fifth grade. Head to our check-in table for more information or feel free to talk to any one of our volunteers in a blue t-shirt. We look forward to meeting you and your children!

If you’re planning on visiting for the first time, you can securely pre-check your kids by filling out this form.

Worship Service

When you walk into a Worship Gathering at missio Dei: Falcon, you will immediately notice something different about our church than many other churches. We sit around tables every Sunday. The purpose of the table is to create a warm community environment every week. We believe it is easy to ignore people when you sit in rows, but we desire that no one ever feels ignored at church. During our service we will read from the Bible, pray and sing songs. We typically teach through books of the Bible in a straight-forward and understandable way. We celebrate the Lord’s Supper every week. This celebration is open to anyone who confesses Jesus as their Lord.
